Corporate Partnerships Executive

A fantastic children’s charity in Surrey have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to join their team to focus on developing new relationships across the region. This is a great role for a creative and confident individual who can negotiate and build long-lasting commercial relationships.


Alongside developing a network of commercial partners, this role will create opportunities for organisations that will drive income generation and nurture long-term support. Acting as an ambassador for the charity, the successful candidate will be a strong negotiator and confident account manager, who can represent the charity positively to a wide range of audiences.


Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners

  • Identify key decision makers and develop partnerships through consultation and negotiation

  • Support the partnerships team to ensure all relationships are effectively nurtured and objectives met

  • Research and identify opportunities to gain sponsorship and support for key events

  • Respond quickly and cogently to enquiries and requests received directly from partners and supporters

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting process for the corporate team


The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Be a warm and enthusiastic self-starter, with experience in sales or account management, ideally in the charity sector

  • Be a compelling and influential communicator, able to inspire action in others

  • Take the initiative, setting and achieving goals through a proactive approach

  • Be a real team player, able to work cooperatively and collaboratively

  • Be adaptable and empathetic, able to understand people and link their motivations to team goals
