Corporate Partnerships Manager

A fantastic children’s charity in Surrey have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their team. This key role will lead on account management of a wide variety of partnerships, building and nurturing relationships, and looking to increase income and commitment for long-term sustainable support.


Working collaboratively across the organisation’s fundraising team, this is an exciting opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships leading on corporate events and campaigns. With experience in managing accounts and developing business partnerships, the successful candidate will be a source of knowledge and leadership, and take an active part in strategic and budgetary planning.


Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Account management of a diverse portfolio of corporate partners

  • Representing the charity at a range of key activities to internal and external audiences  

  • Developing project plans that identify and drive forward successful initiatives and achieve goals

  • Working collaboratively to deliver seasonal campaigns and events

  • Act as a source of knowledge and expertise to provide guidance to staff, volunteers, and interns

  • Supporting the new business team with acquisition and account management of new partnerships


The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have proven experience in securing, maintaining, and growing new and existing business partnerships

  • Be a highly organised and effective account manager, able to develop and grow relationships

  • Have experience managing projects with budgetary responsibility

  • Be a compelling and confident communicator, skilled in presenting and writing

  • Be a real team player, comfortable delegating, able to work cooperatively and collaboratively

  • Be positive, warm, and empathetic, able to understand people and link their motivations to team goals

  • Committed to driving results, achieving goals, and working together to deliver success
