Corporate Partnerships Manager

WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing mental health charity’s developing fundraising team.

We are recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the fundraising team and lead in researching and gaining support from new commercial partners while acting as account manager to the existing supporter base that includes large high street support, banks and other widely recognisable commercial partners.


At an exciting time of development, we are looking for a corporate partnerships fundraiser with a proven ability to build strong relationships with new and existing corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing charity.

Duties will include:

  • Lead the implementation of a new corporate strategy, delivering and developing this key fundraising area.

  • To provide excellent account management, ensuring that corporate partners receive the highest standard of customer care, building strategic partnerships that could realise six-seven figure gifts.

  • Develop compelling philanthropic and commercial partnership propositions

  • Manage leads and complete formal application processes for high value partnership opportunities, including written proposals, formal presentations and pitches to prospective partners

  • Research, identify and contact potential supporters to generate new fundraising and gift in kind opportunities

  • Promote events, sponsored challenges and services to corporate partners.

  • Write and develop engaging marketing materials for support including proposals,  social media, online content and e-shots

  • Contribute to the development of the partnerships fundraising strategy


This is a very exciting role within the fundraising department and we are looking for candidates with a strong background in developing corporate partnerships


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable ability to develop relationships with corporate partners 

  • Experience of researching corporate partnerships fundraising opportunities

  • Confident communicator with the ability to network

  • Experience of liaising with and managing high level supporters, external suppliers and customers, and a solid understanding of the principles of customer care

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team

Job Location

Central London


£35,000 - £40,000 per annum on experience


Full Time 

Flexible working encouraged and home working offered where appropriate


Circa 12 month fixed term contract with extension by agreement
