Administrator - Fundraising Team

Are you a highly organised administrator with 2 years or more experience supporting a busy office team? If you have an eye for detail and can bring a high level of communication skills and a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Office 365, then WR Fundraising Recruitment would like to talk to you.

Our client is based in Bristol and is the regional office of a nationwide charity. They are looking for an administrator to join their team and provide support to the fundraising and communications department in a varied and exciting role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

  • Highly organised and a skilled administrator

  • Confident using a range of IT, including Access, Office 365, and SharePoint

  • A good communicator, written and verbal

  • Detail focused with good research and analytical skills

  • Able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders

  • Able to work to deadlines, managing time effectively and prioritising key tasks

 

Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing the fundraising database, including tracking fundraising applications and providing reports

  • Administration of the lottery scheme

  • Administration of donor communications and correspondence

  • Supporting funding bids through research and evidence gathering

  • Supporting the production of marketing materials through sourcing images and liaising with external agencies

  • Organising the external distribution of promotional materials

  • Cataloguing the organisation’s image bank

  • Providing administrative support to other internal teams when required
