Recruitment Consultant - Fundraising

We are passionate about doing recruitment differently and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is excited by being part of a small team focused on creating something special. You’ll be passionate, engaging, and empathetic, able to provide insight and support to our clients and candidates, and driven by providing the very highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing excellent relationships with charities and candidates

  • Identifying opportunities for business development and client engagement

  • Stewarding the recruiting process from resourcing through to post-appointment follow up

  • Advising and supporting charities with their recruitment needs

  • Actively working with a range of candidates to identify potential career opportunities and supporting them through application processes

  • Marketing and communications for the organisation across a range of platforms


The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have experience of the charity sector, ideally in fundraising

  • Be solution-focused, resilient and consultative in approach

  • Be able to work collaboratively and independently, managing their own workload and projects as part of a small and growing team

  • Be motivated by delivering an exceptional level of service

  • Thrive in an environment where entrepreneurism and creativity are encouraged
